WSDS 2020 | Towards 2030 Goals | Making the Decade Count
|

The 19th edition of TERI’s annual flagship event, the World Sustainable Development Summit (WSDS), was held from January 29-31, 2020, in New Delhi. WSDS is one of the largest international events dedicated to accelerating the pursuit of sustainable development. WSDS 2020 addressed the theme, ‘Towards 2030 Goals: Making the Decade Count’ and was inaugurated by Shri Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Union Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.
This year, Professor Jeffery D. Sachs, University Professor and Director, Center for Sustainable Development, Columbia University, was also felicitated with the Sustainable Development Leadership Award at the Summit.
