Dr. Pia Sethi writes of the people’s creative efforts to develop bird and biodiversity-based ecotourism.     TERI-NCSTC Eco Eureka Training - Register now Registrations are now open for the TERI-NCSTC Eco Eureka Training. It is a five-day workshop in December for students in the age group of 18 to 25 who will be encouraged to explore nature-based solutions to environmental issues by various experts. Registration closes on 15 November 2018.       Management Development Programme on Electric Vehicles   The objective of the training programme is to provide subject specific knowledge on electric vehicles to researchers, developers, utility officials and charging infrastructure companies officials. This will help them acquire a comprehensive overview of electric mobility and charging industry, demand based incentives & strategies, evaluate costs and benefits, grid integration aspects of EVs, energy markets and tariffs, and electricity grid infrastructure, overview of the development of smart charging (demand response). This programme will also enable participants to understand the financial benefits of commercial and private electric vehicles.
