14.3 Appraisal (16 points) partly mandatory
14.3.1 Compliance with ECBC as per clause 14.2.1 (6 points mandatory).
14.3.2 Compliance with thermal comfort condition as prescribed in NBC 2005 as per clause 14.2.1
and achievement of EPI as per clause 14.2.2. (2 points mandatory)
14.3.3 Every 10% reduction in EPI of the building under a specifi ed category shall fetch additional
two points to a minimum of 8 points (40% reduction in EPI from the benchmark).
