Building planning and construction 101

In order to ensure that use of ozone depleting substances is minimized, relevant documents,
certificates, and bills of quantity should be collected from the manufacturers, suppliers, architects,
and engineers. The bill of quantity should reflect that 100% of insulation, refrigeration, and air-
conditioning equipment are free of CFCs and that the fire extinguishers and fire suppressant are
free of halons.
Guide to use GRIHA online evaluation tool

Depending on the number of points that are being attempted in a project, click on the relevant
boxes in the goals section. Below is a snapshot of the GRIHA Criterion 27 template for a project where
all three points are being attempted. As soon as the user clicks on the box, the related compliance
documents get ticked automatically, thus, highlighting all the required documentation.
