Compliance 16.2.1 requires cut-sheets, specifications sheets, and bill of quantities, which
demonstrate the reduction in the embodied energy in structural as well as non-structural applications.
Compliance 16.2.2 requires drawings, which demarcate the areas where low-energy technologies/
low-energy materials are utilized in the building. Compliance 16.2.3 requires the submission of a
narrative, which demonstrates the use of efficient technologies/low-embodied energy materials on
site/in the buildings along with calculations to demonstrate the reduction in the embodied energy
of the building structure as well as building blockwork.
