2. Check whether the proposed quality of treated wastewater with the proposed application
is as per the standards.
3. Check whether the potable water quality is as per the standards.
Possible errors
1. water balance may not match with the details submitted in earlier criteria 21
2. treated wastewater quality for different applications such as irrigation, cooling tower
demand, toilet flushing, may not meet the permissible limits of standards.
3. Potable water quality, especially in case of ground water supply (if untreated) may not meet
the desired quality as per the iS standards.
Point allocation
2 points should be allocated if the water quality for all the application confirms the iS standards.
