Compensatory plantation (with same species as cut) shall be replanted within the site premises
in the ratio of 1:3 or in ratio of 1:4 to secure 1 and 2 points respectively. This criterion, however, has
an applicability clause. Sites that are devoid of mature trees that are worthy of preservation (this is
to be decided by the landscape architect) shall be exempt from applying for this criterion.

The interface of the template first requires us to tick (in the boxes on the left) the points that
we intend to attempt. Once we tick the relevant boxes, the input fields that follow below shall get
activated and we can begin to load documents onto the site.
The certificate from the architect should be submitted as per the given format with an undertaking
confirming that the construction activities were carried out in accordance with the right seasons,
and the monsoon season was avoided for carrying out major structural work. Copies of the PERT/
GANTT charts should be attached in the document as proof of good project planning practice (as
shown below).
