Possible errors

1. the low-energy characteristics mentioned might be incorrect or irrelevant.
2. the drawings might not list all the places where the materials were used.
3. the drawings and the photographs in the narrative might not match.
4. the boq might not demonstrate more than 70% of materials as low-energy.
5. the materials mentioned in the specification sheets and purchase order/boq might be
different.
6. the certificate might not contain the architect’s signature.

Point allocation
2 points to be awarded if more than 70% of the materials used in sub-assembly/internal partitions/
in-built furniture/false ceiling/panelling are low-energy.
one point to be awarded if more than 70% of the materials used for flooring are low-energy.
one point to be awarded if more than 70% of the materials used in door/windows and frames are
low-energy.
