Point allocation
one point should be awarded if all the compliance documents are as per griha requirements and
reduction in landscape water requirement is 30%.
or
two points should be awarded if all the compliance documents are as per griha requirements and
reduction in landscape water requirement is 40%.
or
three points should be awarded if all the compliance documents are as per griha requirements
and reduction in landscape water requirement is 50% or more.
