Required documentation
1. Site plan (one autoCad [computer aided design] drawing) showing the site connectivity
to public transport corridors, and/or details of the existing site and its feasibility to be
converted for redevelopment if the selected site is a brownfield site.
Review checklist

1. Check the location of any existing bus stop, commuter rail, light rail or metro station
earmarked on the site-plan and its distance from the site. the distance should not be more
than 0.5 km.
2. in case the selected site is a brownfield site, review the site documents to check its feasibility
to be converted for redevelopment.
Possible errors

1. the public transportation corridors (roadways with public transport facilities such as buses,
metro rail, local train/train station, and so on.) shown on the plan may be proposed and not
existing. if they are proposed, one needs to check if they will be functional and available to
the occupants by the time they occupy the building/complex.
2. in case of a brownfield site, the documents describing the feasibility of the site for
redevelopment may not be adequate.
Point allocation

if proximity to transportation corridors is proven to be as per the requirement, 1 point should be
awarded.
or
in case of a brownfield site, if the site documents clearly prove the feasibility of the site for
redevelopment, 1 point should be awarded.
